Join us this week on PKCC as we sit down with Sensei Shawn Dejong, a 6th Dan Shihan in the Hakko Denshin Ryu Jujutsu style. Sensei Shawn's passion for martial arts began in 1997 under the tutelage of Soke Michael Lamonica and Shihan Glen Archambault. Since then, he has dedicated himself to the study and practice of Hakko Denshin Ryu Jujutsu, which he teaches at his traditional Japanese dojo, Goderich Martial Arts, opened in September 2014. In addition, Sensei Shawn has recently started training in Iaido under Kyoshi Dauphin, adding yet another dimension to his already impressive skill set. #aikido #iaido #PKCC
