Show Highlights:
Clear communication means clear context
Celz 03:20
Do not assume the other person knows what you're talking about. It would be best if you gave as much context as possible. When the context is clear, you reduce the back and forth questions. The fewer questions mean, the clearer the task is, and people are more productive that way.
Transparency is key
Celz 10:23
Transparency in a work environment creates a safe space where people are not afraid to ask questions because they know they will get a transparent answer and vice versa. It helps build a business with a healthy culture where we could grow with the people we're working with.
Having an open-door policy
Celz 14:53
Having an open-door policy is essential because employees, partners, or team members feel like they can be heard and genuinely feel the concern.
Celz 15:07
This culture passes from top to bottom. When people feel supported, they will also help their fellow team members because they will all feel equal, creating a safe work space.
