It is never too late to reclaim your health. Self-professed "older women" Judy McKay shares her inspirational story of how she lost significant amount of weight, got off prescription medications, eliminated her arthritic pain and gained strength and confidence to live her later years with joy. Judy discusses the challenges she faced, the mindset shifts she made, and the physical and mental improvements she experienced. Emphasising the importance of self-acceptance, setting achievable goals, and finding a supportive community. She encourages others to take control of their health and make positive changes, reminding them that it's never too late to start.
