Do you feel like you get enough rest? You may believe rest = sleep and that even if you're getting enough sleep, you still feel exhausted. In this episode, I'm sharing why you might not feel fully rested, the importance of getting rest, and seven different types of rest beyond the well-known physical rest. By the end of this episode, you'll come away with some insights and ways to look at rest differently and be able to implement new practices of resting into your life.

I discuss:

  • Why rest shouldn't be relegated to the end of the day
  • How to follow the natural cycles of your body to feel more rested
  • Why rest is important for resilience
  • Why rest seems so hard
  • What being well-rested looks like in our bodies
