In this episode, we talk about the importance of play. We realized, unfortunately we both we feel like we realized it way to late, the importance of playing as an adult. Have friends. Laugh. Have adventures. Travel. We did an Instagram Survey. 54 people said they make purposeful time to play. 9 people said they didn't have the time.
