So many people are struggling or have struggled with their relationship with food. It seriously could be the best or worst relationship you have. Unfortunately, there is a lot of misunderstanding of what eating disorders and disordered eating actually are as well as a lack of self awareness teaching to prevent this from happening. In this episode I share the true definitions of these terms, my own experience with struggling with food, as well as some tips on how to better handle situations with yourself and others that may be going through it.
