Rick Waters is a transitioning US Naval Aviator. In this episode we talk about the importance of people and organizations to help while transitioning from active to duty to the civilian workforce. Rick is married to his wife Mollie and has two young sons.

Rick has over two decades of dependable leadership exercising integrity and risk management while specializing at making high pressure decisions with imperfect information to influence a diverse group of individuals.

He is driven by more than a decade of leading large and small teams that knit independent functions into coherent organizational goals; practiced in identifying strengths and weaknesses in companies business plans and human capital, while providing strategic direction through long-term outlooks in the midst of uncertainty.

He is an emotionally intelligent problem solver that exercises active listening. My interpersonal skills and leadership deliver quality, efficiency, and timeliness from my team.

Highly skilled in strategy formulation/execution, organizational development, operations management, project management, team building, new product innovation and financial auditing/tracking.
