Where COVID meets Tubercular miasm, there seems to be double trouble. He had COVID, with full array of achey, fever, crummy and coughing. Now 18 months later, he says the cough is ruining his life. Well, actually, the cough isn't trashing his life, but the effects of it are! He can't sleep (cough is terrible at night when he lays down) and he is hitting the scotch-and-soda hard and often. He gets drunk and goes into mean rages; his wife is about to leave him. He has already been given plenty of likely remedies by the time of this consult.
