Aus den USA stammt die Idee des „March for Science„, eine Demonstration gegen den wissenschaftsfeindlichen Populisms, der sich in allen Teilen der Welt breitmacht.
Der March for Sciene findet weltweit statt am 22. April 2017, auch in Berlin. Die Veranstaltung beginnt um 13:00 Uhr an der Humboldt-Universität und ich habe Eve Craigie, eine der lokalen Organisatorinnen, getroffen und gefragt, warum das alles stattfindet und was daraus werden soll.
Auch Helmholtz-Chef Wiestler ruft die Mitarbeiter*innen der Helmholtz-Gemeinschaft zur Teilnahme an den Marches for Science auf:
