The place where you choose to hang your license is a deeply personal decision which is partly a leap of faith and partly a business decision. It's a business decision because that is where you will be building your business. For this reason, the brokerage needs to match up with the tools and style.
Choosing a brokerage is also part leap-of-faith. It's impossible to fully know what you're getting into until you're in it. A brokerage can say how they support agents, but you won't know how they really support you until you're in need of support.
