The final stage before moving onto normal foods again, is the soft foods. It's a great time to continue to establish those new eating behaviour habits, eating regular meals and as always - getting adequate protein and fluids.
It is also a time for a chance to get back to old habits. Try to do your best to reduce this risk by capitalising on your momentum to be planned, set up new habits and start embracing the new lifestyle.
