Savoury Snacks:

  • Egg muffins with processed smoked meat
  • Smoked salmon and cream cheese with dill
  • Roasted chickpeas
  • Roasted faba beans
  • Beef jerky of various flavours
  • Edamame beans with soy sauce and sesame seeds
  • Hummus and seeded crackers
  • Vitaweets, vegemite and cheese or vitaweets and peanut butter or cheese and gherkins
  • Ham and cheese roll ups

  • Salmon Nigiri

Sweet Treats after WLS

  • Dark chocolate and 20-30g nuts or 1 cup berries
  • Protein Balls of various flavours
  • Hazelnut Cocoa Bites
  • Peanut Butter Date Balls
  • Banana Mango Chia Pudding
  • Peanut Butter Banana Muffin Brownie Bites - you could add protein powder (tasteless) to this one
  • Cottage Cheese & Raspberries
  • Another tip with the cottage cheese - you can add vanilla protein powder to a serving and the zest of a lemon for a lemon cheese cake flavour
  • Peanut Butter & Banana Parfait
  • For a lolly - funday sweets
  • You could make your own trail mix with a variety of nuts and seeds and 1tbsp of dark chocolate chips
  • Peanut Butter Spoon with Raisins & Apple
  • High protein custard
  • Melt the Quest bars eg brownie in the microwave for 5-10sec to make oozy goozy
