There is nothing wrong with make a New Years resolution to lose weight. Where we get caught up is making resolutions that aren’t DOABLE. That means your New Years resolution ends up being another failed attempt by February 1st. Why do we do this to ourselves? Because we have been conditioned to believe that if we aren’t losing over 2 pounds per week we are failing. 2 POUNDS PER WEEK IS NOT A DOABLE GOAL FOR MOST PEOPLE.
