It's been an eye-opening experience for me, stepping away from social media to focus on refining Luminate, my coaching program. It helps me dive deep into what I truly want to offer to those who've already committed to the program. At the time of recording, there are only two spaces left, which is overwhelming considering I was just about to start my email campaign.
Reflecting on what fulfilment means in business, I've realised it's not just about revenue or flexibility but about aligning with your true self. I talk about the essence of Luminate, which goes beyond business growth. It's about self-exploration, becoming an authority in your space, owning your story, and bringing authenticity into your business for more fun and ease.
With my youngest starting school soon, I'll have more time to devote to my business. This has led me to ponder whether to expand my business activities or to simplify and refine my approach. Today, I discuss three principles at the core of feeling fulfilled and aligned in your business, which are also the foundation of Luminate.
Firstly, knowing who you are at your core is essential. This clarity influences all your decisions and helps avoid the chaos of seeking external validation. Secondly, focus is crucial. It’s about being intentional with your attention, making your life and business more joyful and impactful. Lastly, leverage is key. It's about utilizing your accumulated skills and knowledge to maximize efficiency and impact.
These principles aren't just theoretical; they are practical steps that can transform your business. Whether you're building or scaling back, Luminate supports you in aligning with your values, focusing intentionally, and leveraging your unique strengths. If you're interested in joining, reach out soon as spaces are limited. I hope this episode inspires you to reflect on these principles in your own business journey.
