In this episode, I had the honour of interviewing Actor Nancy Olson Livingston, who recently released her autobiography, A FRONT ROW SEAT: An Intimate Look At Broadway, Hollywood, And The Age Of Glamour! She was one of the stars of the classic Film Noir SUNSET BOULEVARD! She shares stories about working and knowing William Holden, who she worked with on 4 films, which also includes another FILM NOIR "UNION STATION". We also discuss stories she shares in her book on Ronald and Nancy Reagan, Frank Sinatra, Walt Disney, her first husband Alan Lerner, who wrote MY FAIR LADY, GIGI, AN AMERICAN IN PARIS, among many other classic musicals and films. Her second husband Alan Livingston worked at Capital Records and signed bands like The Beatles, The Band, The Beach Boys, Frank Sinatra and while at NBC, he created the hit television show, BONANZA! Other iconic movies Nancy appeared in was the Disney classic "The Absent Minded Professor" & "Pollyanna". She also appeared on Broadway and in several television shows. Join us for a really fascinating conversation with someone who is a part of the Classic Hollywood history, as well as someone who knew some of the most iconic figures of the 20th century. I highly recommend this book!
