In this episode Christy and I, discusse intense energy shifts last week due to over 20 powerful solar flares and geomagnetic storms and how it may impact and affect both our moods and behaviors and yours! We discuss how different people are impacted by energy shifts in different ways. Reflecting on this can help one not feel alone.
We also dove into chatting about focusing on being present rather than intensely goal-oriented. She has been meeting people and prioritizing joy which has lead to some incredible abundance!
Christy affirms that aligning with the collective energy shift towards more ease and alignment with her authentic self. We emphasize knowing one's authentic needs throughout the seasons and cycles of life to help you feel more aligned and authentic in who you are. We caht about finding joy in the moment and how to know when you're finally "over it"
