Then Frank has a solo rant at the end where he summarizes 1985's Epic series The One (which almost certainly influenced Watchmen), before tearing into Don Simpson's 1990 Bizarre Heroes one shot & 2023's X-Amount of Comics: 1963 (WhenElse?!) Annual from Fantagraphics.
