HOT COCOA SHOW! As animators, we have a unique set of physical injuries that can come up: not the least of which are back and neck pain, carpel tunnel syndrome, tendinitis, and eye strain and headaches. Over the years I've dealt with all of these in one form or another and decided now is the time to discuss them so others can learn unlike I did... from painful experience. There is a companion blog post with this podcast episode being uploaded tomorrow as well.
