Judith shares about navigating a career in male-dominated professions and the importance of her spiritual practice in remaining balanced and maintaining a holistic perspective.
She emphasises the scientifically proven healing powers of nature, especially forest bathing, and the powerful impact spending time in nature has on our bio-chemistry.
