Advocating for a loved one in Long Term Care can be difficult if you don't know how to go about it. You don't have to do it alone! Long-Term Care (LTC) Ombudsman programs work to resolve problems related to the health, safety, welfare, and rights of individuals who live in LTC facilities, such as nursing homes, assisted living, and other residential care communities.
