As you may know, I have a graduate degree in Social Justice In Education. Food Democracy and The Construction Of Risk In The UK/Canadian Media was my graduate research. I'm just really fascinated with how people learn about risks in society, when it comes to their health and wellbeing. Food can energize us, or weigh us down. Supplements help support our bodies in ways that some food can't.

If you're dealing with issues of feeling sluggish and drained, you might need to consider adding a dietary supplement. On the other hand, you might be struggling with feeling unfulfilled, or unsatisfied with life overall. I address this in episode 27, here.
