This week I’m talking about the secrets to a feeling of well-being. The good news about this is you can achieve it and it’s all based on psychological research.

The field of positive psychology is not only dedicated to helping those with mental health conditions but to anyone suffering from the human condition. So all of us can benefit from the 5 factors that create well-being.

Today I’m focusing on the first two which are positive emotions and engagement or “flow.”
