Avallone has been making great waves of late with readers of Dynamite Comics for his recent foray into the world of Doc Savage.
Dave chats with us about the role that pulp characters played in his childhood and how he was able to take that early exposure to pulp characters and use it to help inform his creative choices on his run of Vampirella and most recently Doc Savage.
This weeks TV discussion sees Raissa and I discussing the last couple of outings for Doctor Who as well as the new 'American Gods' series, which has recently started airing on Starz and Amazon Prime.
Listeners should be warned that we have a few spoiler conversations on American Gods. So you might want to avoid that part of the show.
