Does you body seem to be great at putting weight on, but you really struggle to shed it back off? It could be because your body is not Metabolically Flexible.
So what does that mean?
Your body should have the ability to utilize carbohydrates (like sugars) and also utilize fats for energy. Whereas a thousand years ago that would have been normal, these days there’s every chance you are not metabolically flexible, which is why you struggle to shed fat.

This podcast chats about why you might be metabolically inflexible, and how you can rectify it, so you can burn your body fat for energy. In doing so you'll lose fat, sort your hormones out, and become a whole lot healthier! The are no calorie restrictions involved, no magic pills, and no chickens need to be sacrificed either. Phew!
This method will help prevent, or reverse, several chronic diseases too, such as Type 2 diabetes, heart disease, gout, Alzheimer’s, depression, hypertension and metabolic syndrome to name a few.
