Lydia is the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Kohl's. She obtained her Diversity and Inclusion certificate from Cornell University and continues to influence work in that space. With more than 10 years of experience in the field, she is regarded as an expert sitting on multiple Chief Diversity Officer and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Councils.

During their time together, Natalia and Lydia talked extensively about Employee Resource Groups and about how important these resource groups can be to supporting the business and ensuring that employees feel seen at every turn. They talked about how at Kohl's, employee resource groups are called business resource groups and Lydia explains how Kohl's thinks about supporting these groups to better support the business.
