She specializes in simplifying techniques and ancient wisdom teachings into small digestible bites that are easy to apply, through her signature Take 5 Stretch & Breath Breaks and Wine & Well-Being Workshops. Maria is Certified through Chopra Global in Coaching, Meditation and Ayurveda and is an RYT200 Yoga Teacher with specialty training in mental health, neuroscience and applied poly-vagal theory.
