Just because a market is saturated doesn't mean you can't be successful. Success comes from differentiating yourself—being special, better, and resonating deeply with a specific audience. This process begins with identifying your ideal customer avatar, which involves understanding the unique needs, preferences, and pain points of your target audience. By tailoring your products, services, and marketing strategies to this well-defined group, you can create a compelling value proposition that sets you apart from the competition.
