Kleine Einführung in den Sherry mit meinem Bruder Jochen. Hier werden weitere, noch mehr in die Tiefe gehende, Folgen kommen. Weil das Thema aber so breit gefächert ist, verschaffen wir uns hier in der Silvesternacht einen kleinen Überblick und probieren ein paar Hammer Raritäten. Ein Palo Cortado aus 1978, überrraschenderweise ohne Angabe des Alkohols. Die Krönung ist ein 1946er Pedro Ximenez namens Don PX Convento Selection von der Bodegas Toro Albala . Eine von 825 Flaschen aus dem Abfüllungsjahr 2011. 100 Parker Punkte!!! Stilecht aus Zalto Dessertwein-Gläsern. Hat super zum Dessert gepasst, es gab dann noch Tiramisu.
