Today we focus on the meaning of the beautiful Christmas holiday we celebrate here in the United States and many other places around the world. It holds a lot of meaning for us in spirital and emotional ways. It is sacred and spiritual to us like no other day and it is a time of sharing and celebration we cherish. The spirit of giving that this holiday represents is one of it's most fun and symbolic aspects. Christmas is a very family and friends oriented holiday and the sharing and gift-giving traditions can be a big part of the celebration. Today we are going to talk about that aspect of our Christmas celebrations and why it can be both fun and stressful. We will talk about how to make it special and memorable while enjoying the traditional magic of this time. We will discuss "Genorosity of Spirit" and what that means and also talk aobut some different traditions around giving. I will be talking with Dr. Nancy De Andrade, who is originally from Venezuela and is currently a Clinical Psychologist living in the San Diego area. I am sure she will give us some insight and perspective both from her past and her knowledge. Tune in for an inspiring show.
