Michael Minardi joins Robert Roundtree to give a historic update to legalization. Regulate Florida is about to make Supreme Court review and this will be the first time in the history of Florida’s legalization movement that an adult use ballot initiative has made this part of the process. This show was recorded earlier this week, and since then, the supervisor of elections website has updated the total petition count to 76,447 which is just 185 petitions away from the 76,632 needed to reach Supreme Court review. the push towards Supreme Court review has gained a lot of traction in 2019 thanks to industry support.

Sunshine Cannabis’ “Vaporize to Legalize” campaign has provided the much needed boost to Regulate Florida to reach Supreme Court review. Sunshine Cannabis is donating 20% of all proceeds to the Regulate Florida ballot initiative campaign to “Free the Plant”. This is an ongoing campaign that’s been making monthly donations and will continue to do so until adult use is put on the ballot in Florida and passed by the voters. In this episode, Michael Minardi and Robert Roundtree call on the rest of the cannabis industry to follow the lead set by Sunshine Cannabis and so far there have been some companies that have stepped up to the plate.
