They talk about what makes the doctor the true monster, how the surgery scene is still shocking, the influence this movie has had on pop culture, and how it was censored and marketed in the United States. They also get into about Édith Scob's ethereal performance, what makes the ending amazing, and many other aspects of the film. Derek's face frightens him. Aaron's mask frightens him even more.
