The Spoop Bois continue their journey through Hill House, and the great Shelby Scott (creator and host of "Scare You To Sleep" podcast) joins them to tackle 1999's "The Haunting" directed by Jan de Bont. They talk about Steven Spielberg and Stephen King's original involvement, the deviation from both the original novel and 1963 film version, and the outrageously extravagant set design. They also get into the movie's focus on the supernatural, the wild cast and whether or not they fit the characters, the late 90s monster effects, among many other aspects of the film. Aaron and Derek could live together, but they hate each other. Shelby simply says "wow."
