First you must recognize the patterns, problems, and causes

Signs you are stuck (Recognizing)

1-lack of inspiration

2-negative thoughts

3-inability to complete tasks

4-resistance to change

What Patterns you have slipped into?

Awareness of Patterns and Cause are important to creating solutions.

Examples may be: Social, Electronics, Mindset, Negativity, Fitness, etc.

If you want to change your life…You MUST make it Urgent…

Urgency and Commitment will be keys to getting you out of a Rut

Stuberg…You have to make it a MUST…it’s the only way

Should vs Must (must is required for lasting change)

Finally, you’ve got to make a decision

Decision vs Commitment

Make decision 1 time only

Once you’ve recognized and become aware, it’s time to create clarity of vision for your plan so TOMORROW we will talk about creating a compelling vision of the future to motivate and inspire you along your journey.
