Hamton is excited when he discovers he's been accepted to medical school but Buster is devastated that his best friend can't go to medical school at ACME Looniversity. It turns out that only some toons need medical attention since most toons have "Looney DNA" that enables them to feel no pain and recover from injuries. When ACME Loo's water supply is poisoned it's up to Hamton to save the toons! They say laughter is the best medicine, but did this episode make the hosts of the Animanicast laugh?
