I’m diving into something that is essential for all coaches at all levels to consider this week: the difference between being an expert at what you do versus thinking that you have to solve every problem your client brings you.

Hear why it’s enough to be an expert at one thing, and how believing it’s not enough takes you out of the expert energy. I’m sharing common examples of what it looks like when you try to come up with a strategy for something you’re not well-versed in, and how to lean into the client-centered approach of coaching instead.
