Welcome to episode 37. Are you getting out into nature enough? We can often overlook the importance of spending time outdoors, but by taking the time to spend ‘quality’ time in nature we give ourselves time to slow down and appreciate the world around us. In this episode I share my experiences of a week spent walking and running to get my outdoor fix, and I try forest bathing for the first time. Join me as I explore the mindset blocks around each activity and the bullshit elements that might be stopping us from adding them to our toolkit.

In this episode:

  • The positive impact getting into nature can have on our physical and mental health.
  • How taking time out in nature can help us to slow down and be in the present.
  • Why re-tuning our senses to the natural world is so beneficial and essential in our digital-filed lives.
