Welcome to episode 57. Today we take a deep-dive into our feelings. How we can understand them better and use them as a guide to nourish ourselves of a need that we may not have identified? In this episode I share the importance of allowing ourselves to feel without judgement, and some of the tools that might help you to name your emotions and process them in a way that is productive for your self-growth and healthier for those around you.

In this episode:

· Feelings are signposts to our needs. How can we identify and acknowledge them for better outcomes.

· Why we should be cautious about performative emotions, especially with social media.

· How anger is seen as the big bad wolf of emotions - can we learn to use it to our advantage?

· My own personal story of a big life event and the tools I utilised to help me process the many feelings that came with it.
