Unfortunately, stress is a certainty in life. Even more so today than ever before. We’ve been living through a worldwide health pandemic, pressures to constantly produce and achieve, uncertainty over the future of in-person learning for students. Everyday is filled with situations and moments that create stress. It’s up to us to learn how to implement coping mechanisms to battle this chaos.
