Winter is upon us and many of us get caught up in setting New Year's resolutions. But, are these resolutions and goals being set with purpose or just out of expectation? This year, I propose being still and more mindful during the winter season.
This episode is about the restorative and healing energy of the winter season and how you can use this time to focus on just BEing.
