What does maximum optimization look like in elite level sports outside of ice hockey? Today, we will have an in depth conversation about preparation for high performance sports with the current head strength and conditioning coach for the Arizona Cardinals, Buddy Morris. Buddy has worked with 13 first round NFL draft picks and 15 first team All Americans during his career, and recently won the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year award in 2021.
