Much is made about the creative decisions in ads for the Big Game, but how does all that money, those requisite celebrity cameos, and everything else that goes into these multi-million dollar investments translate into Return on investment? Today we’re going to talk about what the numbers tell us from all those high-profile ads and who the winners and losers of the Advertising Bowl are in 2025. To help me discuss this topic, I’d like to welcome Nataly Kelly, CMO at Zappi, who unveiled their annual Super Bowl Ad Success report on Monday. We’re here to talk about the approach, the results, and what those results mean for brands that invested a lot of money - and time - into their campaigns. About Nataly Kelly I help companies unlock global growth For more than two decades, I have helped scale businesses across borders, as an executive at B2B SaaS and MarTech companies. I’m Chief Marketing Officer at Zappi, a consumer research platform. I spent nearly 8 years as a Vice President at HubSpot, a multi-billion-dollar public tech company, driving growth on the international side of the business. Having served as an executive at various tech companies, I’ve led teams spanning many functions, including Marketing, Sales, Product, and International Ops. I’m an award-winning marketing leader, a former Fulbright scholar, and an ongoing contributor to Harvard Business Review. I love working with interesting people and removing barriers to access. This episode is probably my favorite recorded to date! And that says a lot because I LOVE the episode I recorded with my husband. In this episode I am talking about the way I built my first business to 6-figures and how that business model is the one I found myself turning to over the years and am now fully embracing as I scale Mama of Both Worlds to it's next level! The business model that encourages you to become a fully booked out 1:1 coach doesn't take the lifestyle you are working towards creating for your family into account. You left your 9-5 behind because you were tired of trading time for money, but you've now created a business that is using the same currency exchange. There's another way! And I am diving into the details of what this looks like, how I did it in my first business, and how you can know that you're ready to do it in your business! I am also excited to announce that I'll be diving into this conversation even deeper and expanding further into how to build your first 1:Many offer during a LIVE Masterclass I'll be hosting on 5/17/22. Mamas Do It Different: The Business Model that Will Take You to $10 Months! To save your seat, go to www.mamasnextmove.com/different…
On todays episode of the podcast, we’re talking all about the things that are holding you back from creating your first $10k month. I guarantee it’s not what you think. It has nothing do with tech, number of followers, or how many platforms you’re showing up on. But it does have a lot to do with you not planning for a $10k month because you don’t think you’re ready for one. The truth is that a $10k month is within your reach. In fact, It’s a lot closer than you think. But you wouldn’t know that because all we hear out here is how $10k months are “eventual goals.” Well I want to change the narrative. $10k months don’t belong on your long-term goal list anymore. I want you to turn someday into today! First things first, you’ve got to understand what’s holding you back so that it can no longer get in your way. We’re diving into ceilings, lack of self-trust, and business models on todays episode. You’re gonna want to make sure you listen! Today is the start of your journey to $10k months, mama! And if you are in fact ready to begin your journey to $10k today, then you’re going to want to head to www.mamasnextmove.com/10k-months and download the free guide I made just for you - Your 3 Step Guide to $10k Months! - right now!!…
Are you letting your audience know the exact result(s) they can expect to achieve if they commit to working with/buying from you? Commitment is a two way street, mama. So if you want someone to commit to your investing in your offer, you've got to commit to a promised result. If you aren't selling consistently, this episode is for you. It's not that your prices are too high. It's not that no one is interested in what you're selling. It's not that you aren't as good as someone else in your industry. The problem is that you aren't speaking to your audience in a way that connects what you do to what they desire. You don't just sell a service or a product, mama. You sell a result! And good thing too, because people buy results! Which means It’s up to you to let them know that what they want and what you have to offer are one and the same! After listening to today's episode, you'll understand the importance of committing to a promised result. And you'll also feel confident in deciding what that promised result should be! Have you ever wondered what is meant by the advice “talk to the people who are ready to buy”? I know that I used to get tripped up by this concept. I used to think to myself “I am doing that! I’m talking to the person who I can help! Aren’t they ready to buy?” But the truth is that not everyone who you can help is your ideal client. In fact, there is one thing that everyone’s ideal client should have in common and that is that they are already looking for the thing you sell! In this week’s episode of the podcast I am breaking down what it means to talk to the people who are ready to buy and HOW you can start doing that today! I am sharing three areas you can focus on so that you can start shifting your messaging to reach those “ready-to-buy” clients! As mamas in business we want to make sure that we are using our time efficiently and focusing on ready to buy clients is going to help you create the results that you want faster!…

So we thought it would be fun to turn the mic on and share our thoughts, feelings, and best advice to let you know that you’re not alone. Your big dreams aren’t too big. We wake up every day to a beautiful ocean view and go to sleep to the sound of crashing waves. If that’s not proof that anything is possible, I don’t know what is! Listen in to our conversation and make sure you listen to the whole episode because we saved the best for last!…
Market Research is stunting your business growth. I said what I said. On today's episode I am diving into my thoughts and opinions on: - why market research is stopping you from making money in your business, -the real reason why you are turning to market research, - how to conduct market research so that you're getting data you can actually use, -and how to build your business without ever having to use it as you've been taught to use it. Right now, you're looking outwards for the answers to your questions: What does my ideal client want to hear? How much should I price my offer at? Is my experience and background enough to help others? Listen in on today's episode to learn how you can build a business that is rooted in expertise instead of market research. Wanna connect on IG? Our thoughts are the backbone to our business success. So it's important that our thoughts reflect the facts of the situation. It's easy to create stories based on opinions, feelings, and circumstances. And then turn those stories into the thoughts that keep us from taking the actions that will produce the results we are striving for. That's a mouthful! When we aren't achieving our results, we should always turn to our thoughts first and make shifts where we can. But I'm learning that it's of equal importance that we take action that will back those thoughts! Over the weekend I made a bold move and started a new instagram account. The decision to do this was based on a thought I've been having about my instagram account for over a year! On today's episode you'll hear all about what this bold move has taught me and how you can apply it to the business decisions you have been avoiding yourself. Wanna connect on IG? As Mamas in business, we all have those days when we need to be moms first and foremost. Something that I have always said and believe to be true is that there is no such thing as balance. You will not find a 50/50 balance between business and motherhood. That doesn’t exist. There is a balancing act that takes place but if you’re trying to balance it 50/50 you will always come up short. There are days when your business has to take priority. And then there are days when being a mom will take priority. If you are trying to juggle motherhood and business so that they remain two completely separate entities that never cross paths, you are setting yourself up to fail. Because the fact of the matter is that motherhood and business do collide . On today's episode I share three different ways you can make sure you are still making progress on your business goals even on those days when you need to prioritize being a mama. I'd love to hear what your biggest takeaway is from today's episode. Send me a message on IG @mamaofbothworlds and let me know! On today's episode we are talking about our thoughts. I am the first person that will tell you that strategy is important! It's what lights me up. I love planning strategy, I love implementing strategy, I love all things strategy. That being said, I will not start strategizing with my clients until we've uncovered the mindset blocks. No amount of strategy matters if your mindset isn't in the right place. Strategy without mindset just doesn't work. So today we are talking about three flawed thoughts that are keeping you from hitting your goals. "You don't need to know the how." "Raising your prices is the answer to reaching your income goal." "Others are already doing what you want to do." Listen in as I go over how these thoughts are holding you back; debunk each of them and show you what you can do to overcome them! A client asked me recently, “Should I be stressing out that I only have seven clients? Should I be pushing for more? Why does it feel flowing, fun, and manageable?” Here’s a secret: Business can be easy, flowing, fun, manageable, and successful at the same time. Sometimes the only problem we have to troubleshoot is our own thoughts. We have been brainwashed into thinking that success equals hard work and if it doesn’t feel hard, it doesn’t equal true success. Building a successful, profitable business will take hard work, but it doesn’t have to feel hard. I want mamas to ask me how I do it all and make it look effortless. That’s what I do with my clients: help them create success without the hustle. My client journey looks like this: Become an expert. Share your expertise. Create an experience. Do you want your business to feel hard or are you ready for it to feel manageable, or even easy? Although it takes hard work, the work itself doesn’t have to feel hard. There’s a tendency with women in business that they feel the need to preface their marketing by saying “I’m not in it for the money, I do it for the impact.” Why can’t you be in business for both the impact AND the money? Why has making money become a dirty concept? Let’s look at it from a different point of view. What happens if we don’t sell? People may never get the help they need You may start to resent the people you help because you’re not being compensated for your time Making money is a necessary part of being in business. Selling isn’t annoying or bothersome, it’s being of service. Allow your potential clients to decide for themselves whether it’s in their best interest to work with you. It’s not your job to decide that they can’t afford you! Why have you been telling yourself you’re not in it for the money? How will making money in my business have a positive impact on me, my family, my clients, and my community? In my early 20s I traded in my old Jeep for a new, beautiful car… with a manual transmission. I had never driven stick before, but I was confident that I could learn, and I did. Fast forward to believing I had what it took to be a business coach, and imposter syndrome reared its ugly head and made me believe I had to play small. Sound familiar? Just know that you’re not alone. Every entrepreneur has to deal with this, pretty much every time they do something new. But if you’re sitting around waiting for the confidence to build so you can take action, you’re going to be waiting an eternity. Here’s what you need to know: No one can tell you you’re not ready but you. No one can stop you from taking action but you. No piece of paper is going to give you the confidence to take the actions you need to take to get the results you want. You are the author of your story. What story are you telling yourself today? Time to overcome the thought that you’re not ready. Shift your thoughts, change the story you’re telling yourself, and get really clear on what you bring to the table. Take strategic action, even if it’s small.
