In this episode, I am joined by Jason Sani, a nutritionist, and coach that has started and developed multiple wellness brands over the last 12 years. Jason is also the author of “Making Healthy Taste Good” and is currently the Director of Wellness for OHM Fitness.

We’ll discuss all things cortisol and how to find balance, so you don’t let too much stress and cortisol levels impact your health.

Cortisol is known as your body’s Stress Hormone and something your body needs. However, it can also work against you so it’s important to understand some of the implications with too much or too little cortisol.
