The holidays can be bring up so much distress when it comes to gathering with loved ones... You are not alone when you feel like there is something missing or someone you wish was there. I felt called to share this mini bonus episode on how you can honor your departed loved ones during the holidays!

Make sure to book a 1:1 reading with my discount code, holidaylove20, and this will be active until January 13th!

In this episode, I talk about:

  • The potential emotions holidays can bring up for us
  • Why it can soothe anxiety and maybe help get you through the holidays
  • A list of ways to honor your loved ones

1) Build an altar

2) Light a candle and say a prayer

3) Make a toast

4) Break bread over their favorite meal/dessert

5) Wear something of theirs, something they got you, or something that reminds you of them.

5) Is there something they loved during the holidays? Is there a funny habit, or idiosyncratic manner they would do during the holidays?

7) Ask them for a sign; ask them for a sign when you are nervous as well, but also they will show you the sign when you most need it <3 and when you’re most open to it

When you feel ready and called to, head to my website to book a 1:1 reading here. And book a discovery call here for 1:1 mentorship programs.
