I am delighted to introduce you to the first episode in our series on Optimising Health and Happiness For Humans and Animals, with my special guests, Dr. Timo Tastutar and Lance Schuttler.

We discuss the important subject of What is Health? What does it mean, and how can we optimise it? We discuss everything from physical, functional, mental, and spiritual health. How can we optimise it, measure it, and ask ourselves: have we forgotten what it really feels like to be healthy?

These conversations are so vital as everyone provides different perspectives and interpretations. There are so many connections we can make from just having open and honest conversations. Science should be about exploration and asking questions, but sometimes censorship makes this so hard. Exploring different resources to challenge ourselves to think in different ways is so important, so we can all make the best decisions for ourselves and those in our care.
