The plaintiff says he parked his truck at a home improvement store to buy cement, but it got towed while he was in the store for five minutes. He’s suing the towing company. The defendant says the plaintiff illegally double parked in a school’s spot, and the school called him.
Then, the plaintiff says he owns a condo and there was a leak in the defendant’s home below, and the association billed him for the repairs. He denies causing any issues, so he’s suing for the cost. The defendant says 50 gallons of water leaked and the plaintiff is trying to get out of paying for it.
Plus, the plaintiff says the defendant is her ex-boyfriend. She says he tossed out some of her belongings because his new girlfriend didn’t want them around. She’s suing for their value. The defendant says the plaintiff is just jealous and is trying to get back at him.
