Never before have we had such a level of intense societal pressures put on our shoulders to be, do and have a life that looks shiny to the naked eye.

As women, most don't have ancestors that paved paths before us showing us how to navigate careers and business around being a parent, wife, free spirit, home owner, traveller... all the things! You are truly navigating NEW territory! And I feel it's time we start to celebrate that we are walking the path least trodden, whilst giving ourselves time to take a sacred pause and recalibrate.
