Shying away from conflict doesn't help anyone involved.

The problem is, as business professionals, we aren't always born with the tools we need to deal with conflict in a way that helps your team move through obstacles faster or how to use conflict to reach your goals faster.

Merry Brown is a writer, speaker, mediator, podcast host, and philosopher dedicated to aiding individuals and organizations navigate difficult conversations and conflicts.

In 2021, after two decades of teaching philosophy, she made a career pivot and established Third Party Workplace Conflict Restoration Services, LLC (3P). The goal of 3P is simple: to train and empower employees and organizations to handle conflict swiftly, justly, and with a restorative, win/win mindset that treats all people with dignity and respect.

Merry is the host and producer of the podcast 'Conflict Managed,' where she discusses toxic work environments and how to address them. She is also on TikTok (@3pconflictrestoration), where she offers bite-sized tips on managing workplace conflicts.

Aside from her conflict resolution work, she is an accomplished author. Her latest book, "How to Be Unprofessional at Work: Tips to Ensure Failure," offers a fresh, enlightening perspective on workplace dynamics.
