Now more than any part of the year, I always have felt stretched thin. There just always seems like there's so much to do...put up the tree, hang lights & decorations, figure out what in the world Aunt Marge could possibly want, wrap Auntie Marge's gift that she'll probably make the inevitable snarky remark about, and oh yeah...keep up with normal real life.

Ok so I don't actually have an Auntie Marge, but we all have an Auntie Marge, amiright?!

The point is is that this time of year even though doing all those extra things brings us joy, it also gives us more to pile on our already full plates. It can be incredibly easy to let all those extra things to take precedence over the most important thing of all - OURSELVES!

Self care during the holiday season can be tricky and let's be real, it often falls by the wayside. How can we break this pattern? How can we bring back in self care in our life even when we're insanely busy?
