Encourage them to talk openly and honestly about their concerns, fears, and worries.

IDENTIFY

Help them to identify the source of their worry and develop strategies to address it.

GUIDANCE

Offer them guidance and support to develop and practice relaxation techniques, such as deep breathing, meditation, and progressive muscle relaxation.

SELF-TALK

Assist them to develop a habit of using positive self-talk to counter negative thoughts and worry.

POSITIVITY

Help them to develop a positive attitude and mindset, and encourage them to reframe negative thoughts into more positive ones.

FEEDBACK

Provide them with regular feedback and support to help them build their confidence and self-esteem.

GOALS

Support them to set realistic goals and expectations for themselves, and provide them with the tools and resources they need to achieve them.
