Can you believe it's already the holiday season? Time has flown by, and now Thanksgiving week is here. And you know what that means—lots of carbs, sugar, and alcohol. But don't worry. This year, finding the balance between indulgence and staying healthy won't be a challenge!

I'm here to help you have a happy, healthy, and absolutely delicious holiday season. During this time, I receive all sorts of questions about enjoying holiday favorites. People ask things like, "Can I eat desserts?" "Should I skip breakfast to have cocktails with dinner?" "Is it okay to have appetizers, carbs, and desserts?"

In this episode, I'll answer all of these questions and more. Together, we'll explore how you can indulge without feeling guilty by diving into exactly how I would navigate the holidays and holiday eating so you can take this and apply it to Thanksgiving, or any holiday. I’m also jumping into what I would not do when it comes to holiday eating.

My ultimate goal for you leaving this episode is that you don't feel guilt around the holidays and around holiday eating. I want you to have the tools to navigate the holidays to make good decisions for you, while still enjoying all of the delicious food over the holidays within balance.
